Most clients begin the PSYCH-K journey to resolve specific challenges that are front-and-center in their lives. These challenges can be in areas such as financial situation, self-esteem, job/business performance, health and body, relationships, grief and loss, spirituality, etc. In this process, we talk a little about your challenge area, get clear on what you want instead, identify what needs to shift for you to achieve those goals, and perform the needed balances. Working with specific goals is the most common use of PSYCH-K.
PSYCH-K can be used to transform all painful thoughts and feelings regarding a situation and come to a state of mind that you desire, regarding the situation. For this process, it is not necessary to share the details of the experience; only the goal for how you want to re-perceive it.
Ever wonder if there is a message in an event you experienced (a car “accident”), a habitual behavior you have, or a condition/situation you repeatedly find yourself in (being broke)? The message balance process determines if that event, behavior, or condition carries a message, what it is, and takes action to program new beliefs associated with the message. Reactions can also be investigated, the association discovered, and transformed.
Have you ever had a strong emotional reaction to an object or a word? Maybe you feel anxious when you get near your computer. Or you get so nervous when you look at a book you need to study for your next exam that you can’t open it. Perhaps you have a strong reaction to hearing or seeing certain words - trigger words.

A relationship balance helps deepen the understanding between the parties in a relationship by identifying and transforming what challenges them. It can be used for nearly any kind of relationship. It identifies the growth opportunities and gifts each has to offer the other and encourages a peaceful appreciation for each other.
A core belief balance is used when your system is ready for broad foundational change in a short period. It is an efficient way to discover and change core beliefs that may be blocking you from achieving your desired goals in life. Core beliefs get at fundamentals such as self-love, forgiveness, inner direction, and transformation.
A life bonding balance transforms the stress associated with your experience of birth and your perception of death, limiting the impact of these influences in your life.
