The Resilience Advantage training program provides a practical framework of self-regulation tools and resilience-building

practices that dramatically help individuals gain more poise and clarity in the face of change and overwhelm.

This program provides the participant with:

  • the science behind the system of tools, techniques, technologies 
  • practical tools and techniques
  • activities and worksheets that help integrate these techniques into daily life
  • between-session homework to try out techniques and establish a daily practice while reaping the benefits of the program

Training with Technology

As part of the program, you will receive the Inner Balance™ sensor technology. This allows you to experience real time feedback where you can see your progress while using the techniques learned. Research has shown that the success is driven by practice, and practice is enhanced with daily use of these engaging technologies.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will the classes be run?

  • Each class is a LIVE , interactive experience.  
  • Each class begins with a technique to get centered in the learning environment. 
  • New learning content is shown on slides and questions are answered along the way. 
  • Breakout group and full group activities bring the concepts to life. 
  • Homework is given each week to allow participants to experience the benefits of the tools and techniques, and to establish a practice in their daily lives. 
  • Time is allocated for participants to share experiences and challenges  encountered in applying the techniques since the last session.
  • Live demos using the Inner Balance technology are included to support participants in the use of the technology for individual training and group synchronized events.

What if I can't attend a class?

While it is highly recommended that you attend live, each session is recorded and is made available for times when you are not able to attend the live session.

What if I already own the Inner Balance sensor?

No problem. If you already have a sensor, select the registration button for Inner Balance owners and the invoice price will be reduced accordingly.
