Our Group Learning Experiences are based on the HeartMath® Resilience Advantage™ Program. The program can be taught in full or customized for the needs and schedule of your organization/group.

Customized Training for Your Organization
The Resilience Advantage program can be adapted to your organization/group needs and schedule. The full workshop is 8 hours and can be delivered in several 1 to 4-hour sessions spread out over several weeks. Shorter workshops of 4 and 6 hours are also an option.
